REAL SOLUTION to iPhone Error 14 - WITH DATA!
In short - this is a boring 45 minute video of 3U Tools flashing an iPhone 6s. First with iOS 14.8, and then with iOS 15.1 beta. But wait! There's more...
iOS 14.8 fails with “error 14”. But guess what…15.1 beta passes, and the phone boots..
..With all the owner’s data.
I wish that I had had the code for this phone to prove that it WILL accept it, and fully boot, allowing access to the photos, videos and all other data.
As I made this video, an iPhone 8 Plus (that had previously had error 14) was backing up. I simply updated it to iOS 15.1 beta and the phone booted. Baby photos successfully recovered.

iPhone 7+ CPU Shield Removal - Easy!

This is one way of removing the CPU shield from the iPhone 7 . This was meant as a joke; this is not how I typically do it. I usually use tweezers to gently peel it back, but I may keep doing it this way! Absolutely do not do this if you are actually trying to fix the device. This was done on a dead board and wasn’t meant as actual advice. This is not how I remove these or other shields.
Porsche 944 - Turn signal not cancelling

I have an 86 Porsche 944 and the turn signals do not cancel. The tab on the steering wheel is intact. Fidgeting with the release tab on the turn signal mechanism doesn't cause them to return either. Any ideas?
Dell Inspiron 15-5523 BIOS Password Removal

The only free & legitimate way to clear / bypass the BIOS boot password that I have found for this laptop. I found this on my own. Removing the CMOS battery doesn't work, please don't tell me I could have just done that. The BIOS chip is a Winbond W25Q64FV. I would assume this to work on any laptop that uses that chip. This is my 1986 Porsche 944. I recently took it for a long drive, and got stuck in 2 hours of traffic coming back. When I got off my ! light started to flicker on / off, and it was due to low voltage. In this video, I tried to self-excite the alternator since it's not outputting anything. Seems like it works for about 15 minutes when it's completely cold, then stops outputting. Any ideas why?

I tried this with the 2 winbond ICs in a Dell Latitude e5430 and it did not clear the admin password. I've seen in datasheets and read in forums that DO, which Is pin 2, not 1, should be grounded. What do u think?

Can find the cpu but the bios chip doesn't seem to be near, and most of the eight leg chips are smaller than yours. I've tried shorting all of their legs for several seconds with the battery removed and apparently haven't found the correct chip. Also can't hold power on mine because it's tied in with the cover that is removed.

Honestly just like any laptop you can pull the batt out for like 5 mins n leave it un plugged with batt out n it will re set the bios. I was looking for the dell N5050 n I just didnt want to pull it apart.
Ok i stand corrected. You have to short it with a jumper wire. I honestly didnt kn they added this security feature to it.

I've shorted several chips to a Lenovo Thinkpad L430. I now have a inspiron 5447. Can someone confirm if this will work for that model? I know this can work. I just need to be certain before making any rash decisions here.

i don't advise any to do this, because it is too risky, i had tried in my HP Elitebook 850 g3 Laptop and i have lost the motherboard which costs more than 1000 $ , the security in the new generation of laptops is like icloud in iphones, you can unlock the bios only by calling it's company and confirm that you are the owner of this PC

By knocking the board by table (mat) you'r applying abrupt mechanical stress to subtle components, like glass ICs & MLCCs. It's definitely not what one wanna do to the board to be diagnosed & repaired. The consequences may show up or even develop further with time. That's one of the reasons Apple goes for filling the boards with compounds, rather than leaving those open. Just google for "MLCC cracks" & also techniques to avoid those in development & rework practices. BTW, only a few people in the World among all that repair community are in the know of the matter, hence got their "know-hows" to diagnose such a damaged MLCCs, appearing just fine to conventional conductivity testing. For now you get the dislike you desire, despite your pretty face ,)
